The offer

Up to 10% of EVONOTE IP — 5,000 € for each 1% — at an implied valuation of 500,000 €, in line with the valuation in the [ business memorandum ].

This price is deliberately set below that valuation. The memorandum is public and complete — product, market, model, numbers, and the full valuation analysis — free to read, nothing held back. We'd rather earn the trust of one convinced investor through total transparency than negotiate behind closed doors.

What the capital is for

This investment is an accelerator, not a lifeline. EVONOTE launches either way — the path to market is already open and doesn't depend on raising anything.

What the capital does is make the launch stronger and faster: initial stock, launch marketing, and targeted help where it speeds execution. Every euro goes into momentum at the moment momentum matters most — the launch.
